Hva gjør jeg når renholderen kommer?

Vi anbefaler at du er hjemme første gang for å vise renholder rundt. Dersom du har noen spesielle hensyn som må tas, og spesielt hvis du har eget utstyr, er det viktig å få dette frem ved første møtet. Våre renholdere er fagfolk på sitt felt, så du trenger ikke å bekymre deg. De vet også hvordan de skal spørre om ting dersom det er nødvendig.

Må jeg rydde før renholderen kommer?

Det er ikke et krav at du må rydde før renholderen kommer. Vi opplever imidlertid at de fleste ønsker at tiden først og fremst skal bli brukt på renhold. Jo bedre det er lagt til rette - jo mer tid er det til selve vaskingen.

Bruker dere miljøvennlige rengjøringsprodukter?

Det gjør vi! Vi ønsker å beskytte miljøet, din helse og vår egen.

Har renholderen min med seg alt utstyr?

Det vi trenger fra deg er at en bøtte, moppestang og støvsuger er i hus. Sjekk at støvsugeren ikke har full pose, så får vi gjort ordentlig rent! Alt annet utstyr stiller vi med.

Hva om renholderen kommer for sent?

Kundeservice informerer deg på forhånd dersom din renholder er forsinket og vil løse situasjonen etter beste evne slik det passer deg. Varigheten på rengjøringen vil ikke bli påvirket av forsinkelsen.

Kan jeg være hjemme under rengjøringen?

Selvfølgelig kan du det! Ved første rengjøring er det vanlig at du er hjemme og gjerne viser renholder litt rundt i boligen. Videre vil vi anbefale at renholder får arbeide i fred og ro, men dette er selvsagt helt opp til deg.

Language and inclusion

For many of our cleaners, Freska is their first job here and we are glad we can contribute towards a better inclusion in society. We offer free Norwegian language courses in partnership with Folkeuniversitetet, starting from both beginner and advanced levels.

Vacuuming floors and carpets

Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping)

Stain removal from door frames, door handles and light switches

Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows)

Disposing of trash (if the customer advises where / arranges access to the waste disposal area)
Kitchen: Cleaning the sink, cooker and extractor hood surface

Removing stains on the outside of the microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher

Loading the dishwasher

Wiping other kitchen appliances (e.g. coffee maker, toaster, blender)

Dusting all level surfaces (where the cleaner reaches, less than 180cm in height)

Vacuuming floors and carpets

Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping)

Wiping mirrors and other glass surfaces (excluding windows)
Bathroom: Cleaning the bath, toilet, floors and wash basin and stain removal

Washing the shower and the glass shower wall

Dusting all level surfaces (where the cleaner reaches, less than 180cm in height)

Vacuuming floors and carpets

Damp mopping floors (if floor material suitable for damp mopping)

Bedroom: Making the bed

Changing the sheets(if the clean sheets have been left on the bed)
